A.Team is still under the radar but we've had the chance to go to market and experience rapid growth. As a result, we need to ensure that our clients and community members have the best experience possible and therefore we need a Marketplace Operations and Finance Manager to help us improve, systematize and automate our current processes.

A.Team enables to form "cloud based teams" powered by its Team Graph, mapping work experience of a fast growing curated network of 3,000+ top product builders, across product management, design, engineering, and data science, who left tech giants and rigid corporate structures to team up with their peers to build tech that matters.

Operate the marketplace lifecycle from start to finish including contracts, invoicing and payments for both the supply and demand side
Act as the main point of contact for addressing any client inquiries and questions related to financial operations
Work directly with customers to solve payment issues and ensure invoices are paid on time
Manage the company books and conduct financial audits periodically and recommend improvements
Manage month and year end closure procedures and develop and maintain financial statements for future reference
Reconcile monthly activity, generating year-end reports, and fulfill tax related requirements
Manage the company procurement and vendor relationships
Support in financial analysis and budgeting, monitoring expenses within the established budget
Improve operational systems, processes, and policies including better management and reporting, information management and flow, business processes and organizational planning
Work closely with the CEO and COO to ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per the standards set by the company and help develop operational initiatives to achieve financial goals
Experience in managing vendor relationships
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
Experience working directly with customers
Strong analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions
Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software
Experience in excel and building models to manage financial operations
Accounting knowledge (strongly recommended)
