A.Team enables to form "cloud based teams" powered by its Team Graph, mapping work experience of a fast growing curated network of 3,500+ top product builders, across product management, design, engineering, and data science, who left tech giants and rigid corporate structures to team up with their peers to build tech that matters.

A.Team's team formation platform is still invite-only, yet has grown exponentially since going to market, having deployed A.Teams to startups, mid-market and public companies. While already achieving millions of dollars of volume despite having not launched publicly yet, we can tell we're only scratching the surface of a massive opportunity. As a result, we're looking for entrepreneurial and driven Account Executives to help us introduce our product to the market: cloud-based teams.
As an Account Executive, you will spearhead the adoption of A.Team. We are scaling this team at a rapid pace, and candidates who join should be eager to build, learn, and ready to embrace challenges head-on.

What you'll accomplish:

Introduce A.Team to new prospect accounts, spanning a broad cross-section of industry verticals, enabling clients to build tech products in a new way
Manage both inbound leads and utilize online and offline sources to self-prospect additional leads to maintain/expand your pipeline
Conduct discovery and online demonstration calls
Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business, from outreach to close, while continuously seeking creative strategies to engage prospective clients
Collaborate with our Team Formation Specialist (Sales Engineers) and Customer Success team to ensure deals progress seamlessly through the entire sales cycle
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in HubSpot

About you:

2-6 years of full cycle sales experience within the SaaS space
Ability to quickly build relationships, reframe thinking, and drive sales through solution selling
You don't sell a service, you empower an organization and a new way of work. It may seem strange to some and even impossible for others but you bring a vision to reality step by step, never taking no for an answer
Strong work ethic, high energy, intellectual curiosity, a results-driven mindset, and a team player
Bonus Points For:
Experience seeing how tech teams are formed and can speak intelligently about modern tech stacks for web, mobile and data science
High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality

Raphael, the Founder and CEO of A.Team, is a technologist with a habit of founding and investing in companies that empower human capital development and decentralize economic opportunity. His latest company is A.Team. With a strong understanding and empathy for both the supply and demand side of product development, Raphael began in 2019 to build the thing he wished he had as a young coder and repeat founder — a way to form the best teams, repeatedly. And so A.Team was born — in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, which further accelerated the need for remote, on-demand teams.
Kobi, the COO and Founder of A.Team, has a background in data and software engineering and was previously a consultant at McKinsey where he lead TMT engagements in strategy and corporate finance, AI/ML and automation. His passion lies in creating systematic processes that empower automation and lead to world-class team formation.
Monet, the Chief of Staff at A.Team, has a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship and always seeks to make an impact through work that improves social well-being and redefines work in the modern world. She is one of the Founding team members of A.Team and focuses on ensuring a unique and meaningful client experience for every customer.
Adam is the Head of Business Development at A.Team. After studying Organizational Psychology and a short stint as a startup founder, Adam found himself as an early employee at WeWork. His passion for helping startups grow and develop led him to build out the community and sales teams. With a genuine love for understanding people's motivations, and how they operate together as functioning teams, he found himself running Employee Engagement as the company began to scale. Adam joined A.Team to change the way teams are utilized in the workplace and to empower companies, small or tremendous, with opportunities to build products the right way; so they can realize their goals and missions.
