About A.Team:
A.Team is a VC-backed early-stage startup (in stealth) building the world's first on-demand team formation platform, assembling high-performing, expert product tech teams, instantly. A.Team is powered by an invite-only network of the top product builders, across product management, design, engineering, and data science, who left tech giants and rigid corporate structures to team up with their peers to build tech that matters.

A.Team's team formation platform is still invite-only, yet has grown exponentially since going to market and therefore we need to continue to improve and scale our product, fixing bugs and building new features at a rapid rate. Our developers are tasked with taking risks to build the unimaginable, partnering with our team to pave a new our way to building on-demand, remote tech teams at the click of a button.
How we currently build stuff:
We define our tasks, features and specs on Notion
We try to build everything in small iterative chunks
Every feature has a single Feature Owner that makes the decisions
We have an in-house designer
We have a single mono-repository for all our services and libraries
Code must pass tests and peer-reviewed before merged
We continuously build, test and deploy our code
About you:
Teamwork - You love coding on a team
Clean, clean code - Nothing but quality code (structure, high standard practices)
Focus on the users - You love building products that matter to people
Not just a coder but a product builder - You have an entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset. You're not afraid to go from product idea through spec and implementation, quickly
Experience - You have experience shipping products in the "real world" (i.e. not just home projects)
Data-driver - You know your data structures. You like good interfaces to data. You can aggregate and analyze results
Leadership - Experience leading cross-functional product development

Raphael, the Founder and CEO of A.Team, is a technologist with a habit of founding and investing in companies that empower human capital development and decentralize economic opportunity. His latest company is A.Team. With a strong understanding and empathy for both the supply and demand side of product development, Raphael began in 2019 to build the thing he wished he had as a young coder and repeat founder — a way to form the best teams, repeatedly. And so A.Team was born — in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, which further accelerated the need for remote, on-demand teams.
Kobi, the COO and Founder of A.Team, has a background in data and software engineering and was previously a consultant at McKinsey where he lead TMT engagements in strategy and corporate finance, AI/ML and automation. His passion lies in creating systematic processes that empower automation and lead to world-class team formation.
Manu has recently joined A.Team to lead our engineering efforts, scaling both our team and our product to better serve our community and our clients. With 13+ years of engineering experience, he will enable the improvement and expansion of our technology.
Dana is a Front End Engineer, with over 10 years of experience in top-notch web development, with an orientation for great UI and attention to detail. She has improved A.Team's front end drastically, and continues to expand on our product's functionality.
