A.Team's team formation platform is still invite-only, yet has grown exponentially since going to market, having deployed A.Teams to startups, mid-market and public companies. In order to keep up with our demand in the market, we need to build scalable systems to enhance and scale our product.

Who we are:

A.Team is a VC-backed early-stage startup (in stealth) building the world's first on-demand team formation platform, assembling high-performing, expert product tech teams, instantly. A.Team is powered by an invite-only network of the top product builders, across product management, design, engineering, and data science, who left tech giants and rigid corporate structures to team up with their peers to build tech that matters.
At A.Team, we are shaping the future of work and are a group of passionate, dynamic individuals who are always looking to push our product and our services further. We exist to tackle the current challenges faced in the working world and strive to map this new uncharted territory of building on-demand remote tech teams. We are looking for talented people who are equally as excited by the work we are doing to team up to build A.Team.

What we think we're looking for

Experienced - you've built and launch web or mobile products successfully to consumers or businesses. Experience in both B2B and consumer or marketplace would be helpful (5+ years).
Methodical and analytical experimentalist - You have a knack for devising thoughtful and rapid experiments and clearly validate assumptions both qualitatively and qualitatively to constantly refine the vision of what the winning product looks like.
Fast paced amidst uncertainty and complexity - The A.Team platform is a complex product with many components (member side, customer side, backend workflows, etc.). You feel compelled by the need to make quick decisions in a complex environment where you need to retain both micro details and big picture of a rapidly evolving system.
Sensitive to good UX - As a team, we deeply believe that every touchpoint to users and customers need to be elevated, thoughtful and understanding of user needs. From error messages to emails, app screens, customer support, sales flows, etc. You aspire to help the team achieve superior user experience.
Empathy - Beyond the product, you're exciting about bringing about a new world of work, empowering highly skilled product builders to do the work they care about with the people they like, on their own terms and changing thus changing the way companies do tech work.
Technical acumen - coding background or managing technical teams would be a big advantage to sympathize with the majority of our members.

What to expect:

First week

Onboard and integrate the BuildTeam - A.Team's founding team
Discuss A.Team's model, meet the BuildTeam members, learn our story and vision
Review how the product works end to end
Think of key metrics you'd like to know about and get the stats with the team's help
Help refine the weekly priorities (we work in weekly sprints)
Discuss all of our product ideas and necessities
Start spec-ing the you're the most passionate about!

First month

Develop and refine 3-6 month roadmap
Meet 20-30 members and customers from our A.Team network
Instrument our system to track the key metrics that should support our decision making
Identify what areas of the product could help efficiency and quality, there is a lot of workflow automation that has to be thoughtfully accomplished at every level
Develop a strong market understanding of our users and customers needs and complementary products
Develop a view on the winning product
Articulate what a winning product looks like

First 6 months

Get your own A.Teams to scale our product development capabilities
Get feedback and idea from our advisors and product-driven investors
Iterate on existing features until we get it right, kill what doesn't work
Develop our unique style, tone and emotionally rewarding UX with our Head of Design and Head of Product Marketing
Experiment with new ideas

Raphael, the Founder and CEO of A.Team, is a technologist with a habit of founding and investing in companies that empower human capital development and decentralize economic opportunity. His latest company is A.Team. With a strong understanding and empathy for both the supply and demand side of product development, Raphael began in 2019 to build the thing he wished he had as a young coder and repeat founder — a way to form the best teams, repeatedly. And so A.Team was born — in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, which further accelerated the need for remote, on-demand teams.
Kobi, the COO and Founder of A.Team, has a background in data and software engineering and was previously a consultant at McKinsey where he lead TMT engagements in strategy and corporate finance, AI/ML and automation. His passion lies in creating systematic processes that empower automation and lead to world-class team formation.
Matan is joining A.Team as our first ever, dedicated Product Manager, coming from a background in Product Management at companies such as Square, and Brex. He is empoweing us to take our product to the next level, building the first ever true team formation platform, serving clients in a way that has never been done before.
