A.Team is looking for a courageous Brand Strategist to bring us to market — a disruptive, creative marketer who can build a powerful Brand & PR strategy, evolve our brand expression, launch effective awareness campaigns, and develop cross-functional go-to-market processes with internal stakeholders.
The initial mission is to launch A.Team publicly, but there is opportunity for a longer, more permanent partnership.
What you'll accomplish:
Brand Campaigns & PR:
Launch a product that’s disrupting the way people work and hire — creating a new category.
Translate brand strategy into ad campaigns, collaborating with product marketing and growth teams
Develop and execute against a PR and communications strategy — generating earned media.
Develop, negotiate and manage a best-in-class network of agency partners that drive growth
Lead the brand media planning and buying process.
Brand Expression:
Partner with Product Marketing to develop brand guidelines, positioning, voice, and tone.
Build an environment and process for brand messaging to come to life, ensuring campaigns and content are on-brand and optimized for experience, press coverage, brand sentiment shifts, engagement, and overall sales impact.
Roadmapping & Metrics:
Partner with internal stakeholders to build go-to-market strategies that infuse our brand across all user touch points through visuals, tone, voice, and experiences.
Establish goals and critical metrics for our brand, including campaigns that map to company objectives.
Assess a wide array of data, ranging from customer feedback to surveys measuring brand recognition, engagement and efficacy of our investments
Content:
Build a content team. And partner with that team to to shape a multi-channel content experience that maps to high-level business goals.
Connect the powerful stories that emerge from our A.Teamers & Clients every day to our wider brand narratives and activations
About you:
8+ years of proven brand marketing experience
Experience launching B2B products; Marketplace platform experience is a plus
Experience developing and evolving brand systems
A broad range of marketing knowledge: Brand Management, Media Buying, Advertising, Consumer Research, Sponsorships, and Events
Experience translating customer insights, user research and audience segmentation personas into brand strategy
Deep knowledge of planning techniques across digital and traditional media channels; experience using influencers, content, and other less traditional tactics
Audacity and courage to develop and execute culturally impactful creative ideas and the ability to create a buzz and energy behind a brand that attracts and delights customers

Tori is the Founding Product Marketing Manager at A.Team. After a few moons & sun rotations at ad agencies like Grey & McCann, building brand experiences for clients like Volvo, Verizon, Ally Bank, and Cigna, Tori found herself fascinated with FinTech and its potential to level out the playing field. So, she joined MoneyLion’s in-house creative team, working on brand and product — leveraging technology to give more people access to private banking tools. Passionate about what innovation can do to push society forward, Tori joined A.Team to empower companies and builders solving the world's toughest problems — with teams.
Daniel is the Founding Product Designer at A.Team. In addition to building A.Team's platform, he built the foundation of A.Team's brand. An award-winning designer, Daniel has built products and digital experiences for companies like Fiverr, Sears, and Jim Beam — across FinTech, HealthTech, Retail, and Food & Beverage. With true integrity for user-centric design, Daniel joined A.Team to build into existence the tool he wishes he had — for thousands of users like him.
Adam is the Head of Business Development at A.Team. After studying Organizational Psychology and a short stint as a startup founder, Adam found himself as an early employee at WeWork. His passion for helping startups grow and develop led him to build out the community and sales teams. With a genuine love for understanding people's motivations, and how they operate together as functioning teams, he found himself running Employee Engagement as the company began to scale. Adam joined A.Team to change the way teams are utilized in the workplace and to empower companies, small or tremendous, with opportunities to build products the right way; so they can realize their goals and missions.
Monet, the Chief of Staff at A.Team, has a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship and always seeks to make an impact through work that improves social well-being and redefines work in the modern world. She is one of the Founding team members of A.Team and focuses on ensuring a unique and meaningful client experience for every customer.
