Overview of the role

As an Associate Product Manager at Axis, you will play a critical role in assisting with the development and management of our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to drive product strategy and execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in product management to take the next step in their career and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in executing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into product features and enhancements.
• Assist in prioritizing and managing the product backlog, including defining PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.
• Support product launches and go-to-market strategies, including developing product messaging, positioning, and sales collateral.
• Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and decision-making.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a Fintech, technology or software company.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development teams.
• Payments knowledge is a huge plus.
