We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to own EngFlow’s marketing strategy and help us exceed revenue goals. You’ll build and champion our brand, drive demand generation, and create high-quality content and campaigns that resonate with developers and tech leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth & demand generation through SEO, SEM, PR, digital campaigns, and lead-gen initiatives, collaborating with agencies and reporting on ROI.
  • Create compelling content including blogs, case studies, newsletters, website copy, and video to engage developers, tech leaders, and investors.
  • Own EngFlow’s brand presence across social media (LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and ensure consistent messaging in all marketing collateral.
  • Lead event strategy & execution for meetups, customer events, conferences, and EngFlow’s presence at BazelCon.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and People Ops to align messaging, support GTM efforts, and strengthen EngFlow’s employment brand.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing tactics, campaigns, and collateral using analytics tools to continuously improve performance.
  • Select and manage tools & partners to scale marketing operations effectively.
  • 5+ years in SaaS/tech marketing with a track record of growth.
  • Strong skills in demand generation, content, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Hubspot, Webflow, and related tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bonus: experience with DevOps, build systems, or Bazel.
