Job Summary

As the assistant of GRACE’s founder in charge of Sales, Project management, Marketing and Communication, you will play a crucial role in assisting the founder with daily operations and implementing the company's strategic vision and execution. This includes support in marketing andcommunication including the management of our upcoming media. You will help in sales & project management too.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales & Project Management Support:
  • Assist the founder in benchmark and prospection by identifying and contacting potential clients and partnership opportunities.
  • Help in the preparation of sales support documents as presentations, proposals and benchmarking.
  • Support the project management team, including tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Marketing and Communication:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance GRACE's brand awareness and promote its services with M&C team
  • Support marketing and communication team in all tasks and delivrables.
  • Lead the creation of marketing and communication content, including campaigns, social media posts, and press releases for example.
  • Manage social media and content creation on all our channels to foster client and partner engagement.
  • Oversee the production and promotion of our corporate media, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and strengthens our positioning in the industry.
  • Assist in the planning and manage pre-production activities
  • Handle post-production tasks, including editing and uploading.
  • Ensure timely release of publication and manage the media calendar.
  • Lead the community management


Job Requirements:

  • Background: Bachelor/Master in Marketing/communication with specialization in luxury & digital or solid experience in the field.
  • Luxury Knowledge: Deep understanding of the luxury market, its intricacies, and customer expectations.
  • Content creation and community management : Having a background or a strong interest in digital media and previous experience in community management is a significant advantage.
  • Sales and Project Management: Demonstrated skills in sales and project management, from conception to delivery, with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Marketing and Communication Skills: Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with luxury brands and internal teams.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to be multitask, work under short deadlines and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Digital/Tech Savvy: Experience with digital/tech projects or a strong sensitivity to them is a plus.


Working Conditions:

  • Contract Type: 6 months Internship
  • Work Location: Paris (8th), with remote work available.
