We're team Granola If you haven't already, you should check out what we're building, and why you should work here.We're looking for an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Lead who is passionate about building scalable, high-impact partnerships to help us reach and grow our user base as we scale.In this role, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, execution, and optimisation of Granola's affiliate and influencer programs. You'll build relationships with key partners, manage campaigns, and drive measurable results to unlock Granola for the next 100x users.In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate and influencer marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates and key opinion leaders (KOLs) who align with our brand and target audience.

  • Negotiate, structure, and manage partnership agreements and commission models.

  • Manage campaigns from end-to-end, including content creation collaboration, tracking, reporting, and payment processing.

  • Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns, identify trends, and maximise ROI across all partnerships.

  • Collaborate closely with the product, content, and engineering teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools and information for success.

  • Stay current on the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, creator economy, and performance marketing technologies.

Your background looks something like:

  • Extensive experience managing and scaling affiliate, influencer, or performance marketing programs, preferably at a fast-growing tech company.

  • Strong understanding of tracking technologies, attribution models, and marketing analytics (e.g., CPA, CPL, ROI).

  • Proficiency with affiliate platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Impact) and influencer marketing tools.

  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.

  • Familiarity with key performance marketing channels (paid social, search) and how they intersect with partner channels.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to pitch Granola's value to potential partners and present results to leadership.
