🚀 CLIENT SOLUTIONS MANAGER
Role Overview: As a Client Solutions Manager at Kyra, your primary goal is to drive client success. You will ensure campaigns exceed expectations, foster strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions. Your role is crucial in expanding key accounts, driving renewals, and ensuring clients continue to choose Kyra as their trusted partner.You will be responsible for:
Relationship Management 🤝
- Build and Maintain Trust: You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring you establish strong, credible relationships while acting as their trusted advisor.
- Lead with Insight: By analyzing client feedback and campaign data, you’ll develop actionable strategies that enhance client satisfaction and deepen partnerships.
Solution Building & Communication 🎯
- Anticipate Client Needs: You’ll proactively address potential client concerns, guiding them through clear, structured communication.
- Act as a Liaison: You will be the communication bridge between talent, campaign teams, and clients, ensuring that deliverables, payments, and all campaign aspects are smoothly managed.
- Communicate Effectively: You’ll engage with key internal stakeholders—Sales, Paid Media, Creative Strategy, and Campaign Managers—to ensure all client needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead Post-Campaign Reporting: You’ll take charge of creating comprehensive post-campaign reports, collaborating closely with the measurement team, and presenting insights and results to clients with clarity and confidence.
Solution-Driven Focus 🔍
- Understand Client Needs: You’ll work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Resolve Challenges: You’ll proactively identify and address issues, providing effective, tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
Growth & Retention 📈
- Manage Strategic Accounts: You’ll oversee and expand key client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Drive Performance: You’ll track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring that client goals are not only met but exceeded, leading to higher retention rates.
Project Management 📊
- Oversee Multiple Projects: You’ll manage 6-8 client projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and successful delivery of all campaign elements.
- Coordinate Campaign Execution: You’ll work closely with Campaign Management teams to ensure that all aspects of campaign execution—timelines, deliverables, and protocols—are aligned and met.
- Support Campaign Teams: You’ll assist in the planning, execution, and reporting phases, ensuring that campaigns are executed flawlessly and on time.
What You Bring to the Table:
🔥Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in digital, online, PR, or advertising (bonus if it’s in influencer marketing).
🔥Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing and coordinating multiple projects with precision.
🔥Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, with an eagle eye for detail.
🔥 Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, ever-evolving landscape.
🔥 Social Savvy: Deep understanding and passion for all major social platforms—Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest.
🔥Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn and navigate new tools and processes; proficient in Google Apps, MS Office, and more.

- Capabilities Interview: A 30-minute interview with a senior member of the Client Services team.
- Task Presentation: Complete a short task and present it to the Head of Client Services (1 hour).
