Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 (dependent on experience)

Head of Creators
We’re on the lookout for a Head of Creators to lead our efforts in acquiring, managing, and optimizing creator talent. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our campaigns feature top-tier talent, driving creative excellence and business growth. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in delivering exceptional influencer content, fostering valuable partnerships, and maintaining our competitive edge.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving Talent Acquisition: Innovating and implementing strategies to attract top-tier and niche creators. Your mission is to keep us at the cutting edge, securing standout talent for our campaigns.
  • Building Strategic Partnerships: Forging and maintaining strong relationships with leading creator agencies. You’ll ensure a steady stream of both emerging and established talent, creating impactful collaborations.
  • Leading Talent Casting: Overseeing the selection and casting of creators for client campaigns. Your role is to match creators with brand goals, ensuring every campaign hits its target and delivers outstanding results.
  • Enhancing Proposals and Pitches: Partnering with our sales and creative teams to infuse strategic insights into proposals and pitches. Your knack for showcasing talent will be key in winning clients and driving success.
  • Mentoring Campaign Managers: Guiding and developing a team of campaign managers. Helping them build relationships with rising creators and tailor talent lists to meet client needs, ensuring our campaigns are both fresh and effective.
  • Negotiating: Creating strategies for effectively negotiating creator rates. Your focus will be on maximizing ROI while maintaining strong relationships with talent and agencies.
  • Driving Industry Engagement and Thought Leadership: Representing Kyra at industry events and networking opportunities. Positioning us as a leader in the creator economy and keeping us ahead of market trends.
  • Staying Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitoring emerging platforms, content trends, and creator marketing innovations. Your insights will keep Kyra ahead of market shifts and help us seize new growth opportunities.
  • Optimizing Campaign Performance and Budget Efficiency: Reviewing campaign data and budgets regularly. Using your findings to drive innovative solutions that boost campaign outcomes and maximize ROI for both creators and clients.

To thrive in this role, here’s what you’ll need:

    • 7+ Years of Relevant Experience: Proven ability to develop and execute global influencer strategies in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
    • Creator Mastery: Expertise in identifying and casting creators who align with brand personas and aesthetic needs, with a strong emphasis on diversity.
    • Data-Driven: Skilled in managing budgets and analyzing metrics such as CPV, CPM, Average Views, and Engagement Rates. Use data insights to boost performance and drive negotiations.
    • Global Exposure: In-depth knowledge of North American and European markets. Experienced in sourcing and casting niche creators across verticals like beauty, fashion, tech, and entertainment.
    • Proven Track Record: Hands-on experience with successful campaigns on platforms like TikTok, consistently delivering results.
    • Strategic Business Acumen: Ability to drive both brand and commercial outcomes.
    • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Kyra’s tools and platforms, including Excel, Streak, and Asana. Quick to adapt to and leverage new technologies.
    • Exceptional Presentation Skills: Ability to create compelling client materials and effectively communicate talent opportunities. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage performance data to provide actionable insights that enhance creator selection, strengthen partnerships, and optimize campaign execution for maximum ROI.

    • Capabilities Interview: A 30-minute interview with a senior member of the Campaign/Production team.
    • Task Presentation: Complete a short task and present it to the Chief Production Officer (1 hour).
