Role Overview

As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Kyra’s client campaigns, driving seamless execution under the guidance of a Senior Campaign Manager. From casting creators and managing budgets to liaising with clients and analysing performance, your role is pivotal in ensuring campaign success.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Creator Partnerships, Strategy, and Paid Media teams to deliver campaigns that captivate audiences and exceed KPIs.

🎥 Campaign Casting:

  • Identify and onboard top-tier creators aligned with brand values and target audiences, supported by the Senior Campaign Manager.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, collaborating with the legal team as needed.
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate creators and ensure measurable value for client campaigns.
  • Maintain a detailed creator database with collaboration history and rates.

💰 Budget Management:

  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Strategically negotiate talent costs to meet CPV targets while maintaining campaign integrity.

🗂️ Project Management:

  • Lead complex, high-value campaigns, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution.

👥 Client Liaison and Approvals:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing feedback and nurturing relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Provide regular project updates and secure client approvals to ensure alignment.

📜 Creative Brief Execution:

  • Lead briefing calls with creators, delivering clear instructions and addressing questions.
  • Review creator submissions to ensure compliance with creative guidelines and FTC standards.

📈 Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media teams to align on targeting, objectives, and campaign enhancements.
