We are seeking a Software Engineer to help design and build the core systems that power Mistral’s growth. This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of engineering, finance, data, and operations.
As part of the Enterprise Agents area, you will work on internal tools, integrations, connectors, workflows, and dashboards that help information flow more efficiently across Mistral. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, turn complex workflows into scalable software, and ship pragmatic solutions that improve how teams operate.
What you will do
• Build and maintain integrations, connectors, and workflows across internal systems such as CRM, billing, HRIS, and planning tools.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of reliable, maintainable, and scalable internal software.
• Ship end-to-end features, from backend services and APIs to frontend interfaces and dashboards.
• Work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, engineering, and other teams to understand needs and translate them into software solutions.
• Improve internal processes by building self-service tools and dashboards that reduce manual work and support better decision-making.
• Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and best practices within the team.
• Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional partners in a fast-moving environment.
About you
• Full-stack engineer with strong experience in modern programming languages and frameworks such as Python, TypeScript, React, or similar.
• Comfortable building web applications end-to-end, from APIs and data models to user-facing interfaces.
• Experience shipping internal systems, integrations, connectors, dashboards, or workflow automation tools.
• Strong technical judgment around trade-offs, maintainability, reliability, and delivery speed.
• Able to work with ambiguity, break down complex problems, and turn them into clear, shippable solutions.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable working with internal stakeholders.
• Low-ego, team-spirited, autonomous, and motivated by building tools that help others work better.
Now, it would be ideal if you had:
• Experience with LLMs or agentic workflows.
• Exposure to market-leading SaaS business systems such as Salesforce, Atlassian, Oracle, or similar.
• Familiarity with infrastructure and operations such as Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, or cloud environments.
• Experience working on internal tooling, developer experience, business systems, or operational platforms.
• Comfortable collaborating with non-technical stakeholders and turning business workflows into software.
