As a Channel Account Manager at Mondoo, you will drive the company’s mission to protect users and data by expanding its footprint through strong Resell and MSSP partnerships in the DACH region. By building trusted relationships and executing joint go-to-market strategies, you’ll accelerate partner-led growth, empower partners through enablement and activation, and deliver measurable revenue impact.
What You’ll Achieve:
Implement and manage an effective channel strategy, focused on optimizing Resell and MSSP partnerships in the aligned region (DACH market).
Increase partner generated revenues and partner-initiated deals aligned to Mondoo’s PLANET Mondoo Partner Programs.
Manage existing and grow new Resell/ MSSP partners that will allow better market and vertical sales and support coverage.
Execute account mapping/ planning, meetings and demand generation activities with other Mondoo staff and partners to qualify target accounts and opportunities.
Work with your partners to expand Mondoo’s product footprint including coordination of partner activation workshops, enablement sessions (marketing, sales, and technical).
Coordination of joint go to market sales strategy with Mondoo and partner account teams.
Work side-by-side with our Sales/ Account Managers to drive business acceleration with our partners.
Generate monthly, quarterly and yearly planning of sales and marketing activities.
Lead and coordinate enablement sessions to train our focus partners to ensure our partners are self-sufficient.
Build strong relationships with relevant decision makers and key persons within partners.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of high-tech channel sales experience in an enterprise security sales environment, with definitive success working specifically with Resellers and MSSP in a channel sales motion.
Proven track-record of driving continued partner growth and revenue.
Knowledge of and network within Reseller, Value Added Reseller (VAR) and MSSP Channels.
Understands business models of channel partners and knows how to build in our solutions and offerings into Partner offerings.
Strong working knowledge of the cyber security or similar space.
Metrics driven and accountable - takes ownership and responsibility.
Can work in a fast paced, start-up environment.
Great relation and reputation with key partners in assigned region.
Able to present in front of a bigger audience and to host events with and for partners and end-customers.
Able to identify and initiate deals with partners.
Able to work on deals and close them with a partner in close sync with Mondoo Account Teams.
