We are looking for a driven VP Sales with a track-record of scaling SaaS BtoB teams to lead our sales team:

  • Ownership: Add immediate value to existing sales cycles, taking ownership for all stages of the process.
  • Leadership: Lead the sales team by example and have a meaningful impact on revenue, being heavily involved in deals, executing on and closing deals and maximizing customer face time.
  • Executive Sponsorship: Act as an ‘executive sponsor’ for sales reps on key deals, utilizing existing network to open doors.
  • Playbook: Iterate, improve and own the sales playbook, working to define the correct methodology, KPIs, customer segmentations etc.
  • Talent: Hire, mentor and retain top sales talent globally.
  • Alignment: Provide clear visibility over pipeline, coverage and forecast and help the company speak in one consistent language around these topics.
  • Prioritization: Set clear priorities in the sales organization, communicate them transparently and translate them into actionable deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with other functional leads (including product and engineering) to ensure that the GTM agenda is cohesive across the business and customer needs are being met.
  • Market Education: Take all opportunities to inform and educate the global markets about n8n.
  • Senior Leadership Presence: Be an elevating presence on the SLT.
