Missions

🎯 Your main goal will be to drive technical pre-sales processes and ensure successful proof of concepts (POCs) to convert leads into satisfied customers.

To do so, here are your responsibilities:

1- Leading Technical Sales Engagements

πŸš€ Conduct technical calls and demos with potential Enterprise customers to showcase n8n’s capabilities.
πŸ”§ Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions, demonstrating how n8n can address their challenges.
πŸ›  Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align technical solutions with sales strategies.

2- Creating and Managing POCs

🌟 Develop and implement a structured framework for POCs, ensuring clients can effectively evaluate n8n’s platform.
πŸ“Š Monitor and guide clients through their POC journey, providing support and insights to maximize their trial experience.
πŸ“ Collect and analyze feedback from POCs to refine the process and improve client onboarding.

3- Building Client Relationships

🀝 Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT Ops and SecOps teams (our two main ICPs).
🌐 Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients envision future use cases and expansion opportunities with n8n.
πŸ’‘ Provide technical expertise and best practices to ensure long-term client success.

4- Internal Collaboration and Process Improvement

πŸ”„ Work with the sales team to streamline and enhance pre-sales processes.
πŸ—£ Communicate client feedback and technical requirements to product and engineering teams to drive product improvements.
πŸ“ˆ Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials to support technical sales efforts.
