Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale a team of ambitious cross-regional BDRs
- Continuously develop and manage a repeatable BDR process
- Responsible for creating quality outbound and inbound pipeline for account executive team
- Proven ability to live, breath and dictate KPIs that are aligned to company OKRs
- Provide actionable insights from our BDR data for consistent improvements to process
- Collaborate with marketing and sales team to develop inbound and outbound campaigns
- Ensure BDR team is capturing quality lead information to provide actionable insights for our product team
- Design and execute upon a comprehensive onboarding and ongoing enablement program for our BDRs
- Provide consistent structured feedback to marketing on collateral and campaigns for consistent improvement
We’re looking for someone who has...:
- 3+ years experience leading and scaling a high-performing team of BDRs
- Worked in a software company and understands the SaaS business model
- Previous experience as a BDR and fully understands the day-to-day challenges
- Proven ability to learn and iterate quickly and effectively
- Previous experience working in an early stage or scaling SaaS company
- Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring both high performers and low performers
- Proven ability to learn and iterate quickly and effectively
- Highly collaborative; listens well, builds and maintains trust with colleagues and collaborates with others to develop high quality strategies
- Communicates clearly and effectively with a cross-functional team
- A constant learning mindset and is open to feedback and constant development
