We're looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to join our team and support our continued growth and innovation.

Position Overview:

The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in our organization by providing high-level support to the CEO, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of key projects. You will serve as a trusted advisor and confidant, working closely with the executive team to drive results and enhance Resemble AI's market position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic support to the CEO in managing day-to-day operations and long-term planning
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and the executive team, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and initiatives
• Drive key projects and initiatives, coordinating resources across departments and ensuring timely completion and success
• Develop and implement efficient processes and systems to streamline business operations and support the organization's growth
• Monitor key performance indicators, identifying areas of improvement and recommending solutions to drive company success
• Represent the CEO in internal and external communications, meetings, and events as needed
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute company strategy, goals, and objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or a similar role; experience in technology or AI industries a plus
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving successful project execution
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt and prioritize effectively
• Passionate about voice technology, AI, and the creative applications of our products and services
