We are looking for a director of revenue technology and operations. Core responsibilities include management of the revenue tech stack; lead & funnel management; email operations; database health; implementation of privacy & consent procedures; and, marketing analytics. This role is remote and will report into the VP of Digital & Demand Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement a best-in-class revenue technology stack. Stay on top of technology trends and new products to drive innovation and sales and marketing productivity.
  • Partner with the go-to market team to define, architect, and implement lead and funnel management and lead scoring. Deliver data & account-based insights, personalization, and automation strategies to help ensure effective territory planning and grow new account penetration.
  • Drive email marketing & operations, supporting campaigns and demand execution.. Implement consistent testing and experimentation strategies to optimize engagement and conversion from the email channel. Support sales prospecting efforts and share learnings.
  • Develop best-in-class nurture framework and programs for target audiences.
  • Drive the GTM data strategy to grow the database of marketable contacts in target accounts. Manage database health, data enrichment, and form handling across all channels. Ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with legal to define and deploy privacy and consent management procedures to maintain compliance with regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and CASL. Implement policy and procedures across channels, including email, digital advertising, and the Web. Advise sales and marketing teams on how PII is stored in our systems and how to handle it.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • At least 10+ years of experience
  • Technology enthusiast
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise with sales & martech (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, SalesForce, 6Sense, Demandbase, Outreach, PathFactory, LI Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Player / coach, experienced directing people or agencies as well as rolling up your sleeves and taking on tasks yourself.
