Responsible for developing and executing a product strategy in alignment with company goals. Lead the product management and support teams in designing and launching innovative products aligned with the customer needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Define and shape how Storyblok supports its customers by leading the solution engineering and support teams.
- Strive to create the best possible experience with existing and new customers.
- Help to set the strategic direction of the product which aligns with customer needs, business growth, and overall technology strategy.
- Set up processes to make customer support more efficient and to collect constructive feedback for the product management team.
- Collaborate across teams to communicate product strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities according to feedback.
- Drive scalable processes and innovation around the product development cycle.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the technical sales enablement and support functions.
- Show a hands-on attitude and help our customers to succeed when using Storyblok.
- Be the driving force when it comes to converting customers into brand ambassadors.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- At least 10 years of product-related experience, including direct experience in pre-sales/solution engineering and management
- Proven track record of success in customer facing technical roles
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams, ideally in a global setup
- Strong knowledge of product development / product support processes and tools
