About the Role

Taktile is building the world's leading software platform for running critical and highly-automated decisions in the financial risk space. Our customers use our product to expand access to credit, prevent money laundering, and catch fraudsters, among many other use cases. Taktile is making millions of such decisions across the globe every day.

We do this by offering a powerful suite of tools - combining ML/AI with heuristics and logic, flexible data integrations, and an overlay of data analytics. We’re actively expanding the Taktile platform capabilities to adapt to more use cases and better serve larger and more complex companies, and are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to help us deliver on our vision.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the product strategy for a functional area of the Taktile platform. You will set goals, identify opportunities, define the roadmap for your cross-functional team and be accountable for delivering results.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the strategy and long-term success for a large product pillar of the Taktile platform

  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape and opportunities for differentiation, collaborating with customer-facing teams

  • Define a compelling long-term vision for your product area and prioritize the product roadmap necessary to reach this vision

  • Translate customer insights into well thought out product requirements

  • Collaborate with engineering and design colleagues to ship high-quality product improvements that drive real customer value

  • Track product performance through metrics and user feedback, identifying opportunities for iteration

  • Collaborate with other product areas and cross-functional teams to align around shared goals

Who You Are

  • 6+ yrs work experience in Product Management, ideally with some financial services and B2B SaaS experience

  • Familiarity with data-oriented and highly technical products, and an appetite to deepen your technical understanding

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build trust and influence decisions across functions

  • Track record of delivering lasting customer impact through shipping well-thought out product improvements

  • Aptitude and appetite for using data to inform your decision-making. Basic SQL proficiency strongly preferred

  • Hands-on, curious, and willing to challenge yourself and grow your scope of responsibilities over time

Our Offer

  • Work with colleagues that lift you up, challenge you, celebrate you, and help you grow. We come from many different backgrounds, but what we have in common is the desire to operate at the very top of our fields. If you are similarly capable, caring, and driven, you'll find yourself at home here

  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy that allows you to make an impact and meaningfully impact a critical area of our product

  • Experience a flat hierarchy and communicate directly with founding team members. Having an opinion and voicing your ideas is not only welcome but encouraged, especially when they challenge the status quo

  • Learn from experienced mentors and achieve tremendous personal and professional growth. Get to know and leverage our network of leading tech investors and advisors around the globe including the founders of Looker, Datadog, GitHub, and UiPath

  • Enjoy annual offsites where the entire company co-locates to collaborate in person

  • Receive a top-of-market equity and cash compensation package as well as access to a self-development budget

  • Work at our prime office locations in Berlin or London for three days per week or more

Our Stance

  • We're eager to meet talented and driven candidates regardless of whether they tick all the boxes. We're looking for someone who will add to our culture, not just fit within it. We strongly encourage individuals from groups traditionally underestimated and underrepresented in tech to apply

  • We seek to actively recognize and combat racism, sexism, ableism and ageism. We embrace and support all gender identities and expressions, and celebrate love in its many forms. We won't inquire about how you identify or if you've experienced discrimination, but if you want to tell your story, we are all ears
