• Job Responsibilities:
• Greet, seat, and serve restaurant guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Provide high quality customer service in a timely, efficient manner.
• Take customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Offer menu recommendations and explain dishes to customers.
• Upsell additional items to customers when appropriate.
• Deliver food and drinks accurately.
• Check bills and process payment.
• Answer customers' questions about menu items.
• Keep the restaurant clean and orderly.
• Manage opening and closing duties for the restaurant.
• Perform light prep work as needed.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through friendly interactions.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen staff about customer orders.
• Set tables with clean linens, condiments, and other necessities.
• Collect checks and complete payment transactions.
• Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience as a waiter is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic food service techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage items.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
