Job Title: Barista

Job Description:

The Teero organization is looking to hire a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, your main responsibility will be to make amazing coffee for our customers while providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for taking orders, preparing coffee beverages, and ensuring that the cafe area is clean and well-stocked.

Other responsibilities of the Barista may include:

• Taking payments from customers using our POS system
• Engaging with customers and making recommendations based on their preferences
• Preparing food items such as pastries and sandwiches
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and the cafe area

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a Barista or in a similar customer service role
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based beverages
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• A friendly and outgoing demeanor
