Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and independent Account Executive to build out our Midwestern market. This person should thrive in the midst of ambiguity and embrace the challenge of market establishment and growth. The AE will be a key driver in scaling our dental practice base in the Midwest with potential to expand to other territories across the US.

This is an inside sales role where you can work remotely from most states across the US.


  • 👥💬 Sales and Community Engagement: You're skilled at selling to dental offices. Your charisma and people skills make you a natural at business development and relationship management.
  • ⚙️ Resourcefulness: You can roll-up your sleeves and proactively come up with multiple creative ways of getting the job done.
  • 🚀 Start-Up Experience: Ideally, you've worked in a fast-growing start-up environment and understand the hustle, ambiguity, and dynamism it entails. Experience in the health or dental industries would be an asset, though it's not a prerequisite.
  • 🔥 Potential and Drive: Rather than focusing solely on past experiences, we're seeking someone who showcases enormous potential and a willingness to put in the hard, rewarding work. You're prepared for long hours and are driven by the desire to make a significant impact.

What the job involves:

  • 🤝 Business Relationship Building: Build new relationships between Teero and dental practices. Prospect, qualify, follow up, and educate cold leads into prospects through different channels.
  • 💼 Ownership of the full sales cycle: Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closing. Proactively manage your pipeline by documenting and tracking progress, and defining next steps.
  • 📝 Perfect the pitch: Refine your sales pitch based on how prospects react to it. Write and rewrite the sales playbook along with us.
  • 🚀 Independence and Flexibility: Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals. Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities typical of an early stage startup.

About the Team

At Teero, you'll join a compact, powerhouse team with substantial marketplace experience and close ties to the dental industry.

Our co-founders, Nate and Christian, both honed their skills at Uber for seven years, where they developed large-scale operations across the US and EMEA, leading Uber Eats and the Micro Mobility operations respectively.

Born into dental families - Christian’s father is a dentist and Nate’s owned a dental lab serving hundreds of practices - they pair unique industry insights with their marketplace expertise to drive Teero's mission.

The rest of the team is comprised of entrepreneurs and high octane individuals from top companies like Google and Uber and many have familial ties within the dental and medical industries.
