About the RoleAs our Account Executive based in our brand new New York headquarters, you'll be a key driver in scaling our dental practice base across the United States. You'll be at the forefront of introducing our groundbreaking solutions to dental practices, starting with our staffing marketplace.
What You'll Do- Build Business Relationships: Forge new connections between Teero and dental practices across the country.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Take charge from prospect engagement to closing. Leverage our top-of-the-line tooling to maximize your impact.
- Perfect the Pitch: Refine our sales playbook based on real-world feedback. Help us craft the perfect message that resonates with dental practices.
- Work Independently: Embrace the startup life - be flexible, adaptable, and ready to hustle.
- Sales Expertise: You're a natural at business development and relationship management, especially when it comes to dental offices.
- Resourcefulness: You're a problem-solver who can come up with creative ways to get things done.
- Startup Savvy: Experience in a fast-growing startup environment is a plus. Knowledge of the dental industry is a cherry on top.
- Drive and Potential: We're looking for someone with enormous potential and a willingness to put in the hard (but rewarding) work.
- C-Suite Mentorship: Direct reporting to our CEO & Co-founder for guidance and impact from day one.

- Competitive Compensation: $80k base salary with $160k on-target earnings. Uncapped commission means high performers can far exceed this.
