Convert sellers into active users of Safi in your geography/ies
Consistently outperform pricing that Safi's sellers are obtaining offline through existing channels
Consistently increase Safi net take rates
Onboard sellers onto all of the value added services that Safi's tech platform offers (e.g. embedded financing)
Design and execute longer term supply contracts with high potential sellers
Prioritise for product teams the customer feature requests which will drive highest customer retention and revenue.
Requirements:
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets consistently in rising as well as falling market conditions
Track record of early promotions
Track record of successful expansion into new material/product lines

Bought from underlying facilities (sellers) on weekly/monthly basis for at least 3 years
