Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert sellers into active users of Safi in your geography/ies

  • Consistently outperform pricing that Safi's sellers are obtaining offline through existing channels

  • Consistently increase Safi net take rates

  • Onboard sellers onto all of the value added services that Safi's tech platform offers (e.g. embedded financing)

  • Design and execute longer term supply contracts with high potential sellers

  • Prioritise for product teams the customer feature requests which will drive highest customer retention and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets consistently in rising as well as falling market conditions

  • Track record of early promotions

  • Track record of successful expansion into new material/product lines

  • Bought from underlying facilities (sellers) on weekly/monthly basis for at least 3 years
