About the role:

Be a driving force behind building a logistics operation that our customers love and internal tools that enable us to deliver best customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Logistics data quality, making sure we always represent the most accurate and up to date information on Safi platform for customers and internal stakeholders

• Ensure Logistics Team is hitting its OKR/KPIs, and evaluates whether we are trending in the right direction

• Collects and prioritises customer and internal user product feedback

• Works with Logistics and Product to deliver fixes, automations and improvements which ensure we are delivering the best customer service in the industry, along with building dashboard to help us track our performance

• Responsible for delivering operational improvements in coordination with Logistics, Product and Finance

• Ensures any unplanned logistics costs are logged, reviewed and solved to root cause to prevent them recurring

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a high performance Ops Manager role exceeding targets consistently

• Experience in early stage/high growth stage company

• Analytical mindset focus on making data driven decisions

• Strong data analysis skills (Excel + SQL)

• A high level of adaptability, agility and prioritisation to manage multiple projects at one time

• Experience in building processes from the ground up and completing projects
