About the role:

Be our first dedicated People hire and a driving force behind building Safi to outstanding results

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in developing and building Safi's culture & values to foster top results

• Document, review, and own all of Safi's global people lifecycle processes; including joiners, movers, leavers, and performance + feedback processes

• Support hiring managers with the end to end recruitment processes (by leading on candidate screening, sourcing, external agency management and team fit)

• Lead on training initiatives to up-skill our teams where required

• Organise socials and company events (in person and virtual) that promote collaboration and engagement to make us a stronger team that continues to deliver outstanding results

• Ensure our office is the best place the Safi team can be in order to deliver outstanding results

• Play an active role in driving Safi's DEI initiatives

• Procure & keep track of company equipment to make sure our team has the best tools to do their jobs

Requirements:
