Typology is the first skincare brand launched by Good Brands, an ambitious project to build a new generation of digital first consumer brands. Founded in 2019 by serial entrepreneur Ning Li, Typology became the #1 selling skincare brand online in France and operates also in Germany, the USA and Japan.

Mission: Improve overall business performance by amplifying the impact of the Founder.
As Good Brands grows Typology and prepares the launch of a new brand, we are looking for a chief of staff to join the team.
Project management & facilitation:
- Roadmap management between Typology, and our next-to-launch new brand: manage the roadmap of a new brand, facilitate and optimise resources allocations between Typology and the new brand
- Participate in a new brand launch: be part of a start-up within a start-up, as part of the new brand team, roll-up your sleeves with both strategic and operational tasks to ensure our new brand launch will be a success
- Evangelise and coordinate cross functional organisation's OKR (the why and the how), act as a key liaison between the founder, executive team, and various departmental leaders
- Follow up top priority/at-risk objectives by designing specific actions plan (and help delivering them)
Founder support:
- Represent the founder or assist the founder in certain internal or external meetings and follow up on key action items with precision and accountability
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support critical business decisions
- Problem solving : tackle ad hoc challenges (high stake or small) on behalf of the company as business requires
- Outreach : outreach, and help build relationship with talents and senior industry contacts (art, design, production partners, potential acquisition target companies), in coordination with the founder and exec team
Nota bene :
The chief of staff is a full time in person job, based in our head quarter in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • Exceptional organisational skills, rigorous and attention to details
  • Numerically savvy
  • Communication: diplomacy and interpersonal skills; cross-cultural sensibility and English is a must
  • Problem solving skills: proven track record to get things done in fast paced environment. No task is too small.
  • Hardworking
  • Understanding of the cosmetic industry is a plus, but not a must have.

PROFILE

  • At least a first successful professional experience in a high pace, challenging environment (scale-up start-up, strategy consultancies, successful industry companies)
