We are currently looking for our first hire in our VP of Sales or Head of Sales (depending on experience) offering an incredible opportunity to receive a competitive salary and meaningful equity shares in the hottest startup in the UK 🔥

What you will be doing
- Ownership of the full sales lifecycle from prospect through to revenue generation, including growth forecast and report 🪴
- Deliver against a business revenue target to achieve the growth aspirations of Volume with a focus on decreasing time to revenue generation 💰
- Own and nurture our merchant base including implementing a streamlined processes that support high-quality customer experiences and revenue growth ⛳
- Helping drive Volume’s real-time payment infrastructure strategy influencing the roadmap 🛣️
What you will need
- +5 years of experience in a fast-paced growth or entrepreneurial environment
- 2:1 (or equivalent) STEM degree from a top University
- You are driven and hungry, yet strategic in your approach
- Enterprise Sales and/or Business Development experience, ideally in Financial Services or Payments
